On 22 July, Company Chairman Liao Jizhen visited Tiger Head Technology Company for a research visit, focusing on understanding the current production and operational status of the industrial park and conducting a safety inspection of the park.
During the visit, Mr. Liao gained a detailed understanding of the equipment and personnel configuration at the R&D centre, encouraging employees to actively pursue material innovation and continuously enhance their innovative capabilities. Subsequently, Mr. Liao personally visited the alkaline and carbon-zinc battery workshops to inspect the battery manufacturing processes, workshop equipment layout, and operational status, expressing the need to continuously enhance productivity. He also conducted a thorough safety inspection of the workshops and warehouses, personally verifying the integrity and effectiveness of fire extinguishing facilities. Finally, Mr. Liao inspected the dormitories within the industrial park where home appliance installations were underway, inquiring about the living conditions for the deployed employees, the surrounding landscaping and beautification, as well as the fire safety facilities.
After understanding the on-site production and business operations of Tiger Head Technology, Mr. Liao put forward three requirements: first, adhere to the bottom-line thinking on safety production, conduct safety production work seriously, and ensure the completeness of safety production facilities; second, accelerate the advancement of Tiger Head Technology Company's independent operations; third, strengthen the construction of smart manufacturing in the park, especially warehouse management, by referencing advanced practices and introducing more intelligent management methods to enhance management efficiency.
