In response to the national call for green production and the upgraded European "plastic restriction order", with the strong support of the company's leadership, the Intelligent Center, closely following the company's annual theme of “Innovation and Reform”, actively promoted the packaging upgrade project and successfully introduced high-quality "all-paper hanging card packaging machine" and completed their installation and commissioning.
The newly introduced automatic all-paper hanging card machine uses fully paper-based eco-friendly materials, combining high-efficiency production with green and low-carbon features, effectively meeting the market's urgent demand for environmentally friendly packaging. This equipment has excellent performance, with a running speed of 72 pieces per minute, and can produce 4 or 8-cell battery hanging cards. Since the equipment was installed, the company's technical team has closely collaborated with the equipment supplier to overcome challenges such as strict paper card technical standards, diverse categories, and tight commissioning periods. Internal pre-acceptance inspections of the equipment have also been organized multiple times at the Yunan Industrial Park, with strict quality control to high standards, providing strong support for equipment optimization.
On June 4th, the Intelligent Center and the technical department of the company conducted a detailed inspection of the equipment's operation at the production site of the AAA and AA all-paper hanging card machine and strictly inspected the quality of the product packaging according to the process specifications. All departments involved in the acceptance unanimously agreed that all equipment indicators met the design requirements and the equipment passed the acceptance smoothly.
